I can help you with

Chronic Cough

A persistent cough lasting more than 6 weeks can have many causes, including asthma, reflux, or post-viral irritation. I offer a thorough assessment to get to the root of the problem and help you find relief.

Poorly Controlled Asthma

If you or your child’s asthma is affecting daily life, sleep, or exercise, it may be under-controlled. I’ll assess symptoms and triggers, optimise the inhaler, and help improve control to reduce flare-ups.

Breathlessness

Feeling short of breath - whether during activity or at rest - can be distressing and may signal an underlying condition like asthma, COPD, or something else entirely. I can work with you to investigate the cause and manage it effectively.

New or Suspected COPD

Ongoing cough, frequent chest infections, or breathlessness may point to COPD. Early diagnosis matters. I can provide a clear evaluation, and start the necessary treatments.

New or Suspected Asthma

If you or your child are dealing with wheezing, coughing, or chest tightness, I can assess whether asthma is the cause. With a thorough evaluation and lung function tests, I’ll guide you through diagnosis and next steps.

Poorly Controlled COPD

If your COPD symptoms are worsening or affecting your daily life, I’ll review your current treatment and ensure you’re using the inhalers that are right for you.

Leading improvement

I’m proud to be a member of the Primary Care Respiratory Society (PCRS) Education Committee, where I help develop educational resources for primary care clinicians to improve how we care for people with asthma and other respiratory conditions across the UK.

I've delivered podcasts and webinars for PCRS, sharing practical, evidence-based approaches to managing airways disease.
