My personal journey
As a busy mum of two energetic boys, I’ve experienced firsthand the physical and emotional shifts that come with midlife. I realised I didn’t want to just feel my age; I wanted to feel strong, capable, and well. That personal journey is what led me to lifestyle medicine and the power of small, consistent changes to transform how we feel and function every day.
