Respiratory health

Specialist respiratory support

I’m a GP with an extended role in respiratory medicine, caring for adults and children over 5 with asthma, COPD, persistent cough, or breathlessness. Whether your symptoms are new, recurring, or hard to control, I offer clear, evidence-based guidance and a personalised plan to help you breathe easier.

Asthma, COPD, breathlessness.
Lifestyle Medicine

Feel better. Live stronger. Age well.

Many of us go through life feeling tired, stressed, or not at our best—without the time or support to explore why. Lifestyle medicine offers a different kind of care: one that looks beyond symptoms to understand the full context of your life, habits, and health.

FAQs

  • No referral is needed. You can book directly using the link on my website for an appointment at Midland Health, Edgbaston, Birmingham.

  • If you would like me to carry out a FeNO test (a simple breathing test to check for airway inflammation) during your consultation, please avoid smoking or using your inhaler on the day of the test, as this may affect your results.

  • If you already use an inhaler, please bring along any inhalers and spacers that you are currently using.
